There is no printed menu since it changes according to the seasonality of the raw materials, the menu was introduced by the manager verbally. (Maybe a small disadvantage is that you could not know the price in advance, but at the end I would say everything is fairly charged, no need to worry about getting rip-off) You can tell from the taste that most of the ingredients come super fresh and in high quality, together they form into an interestingly rich and well-balanced combination. The restaurant is run by Graziano, a passionate cycling enthusiast—photos and posters of his exploits are on display, including two legendary Eroicas in Gaiole in Chianti —a great company man. His son Massimo is also passionate about downhill skiing and wine , and the cellar is well-stocked with bottles from excellent wineries. Good service, beautifully presented dishes, and attention to raw materials, especially in the choice of cuts of meat. What really sets this restaurant apart, in my opinion, is the family atmosphere that makes you feel at home. There's a private room with three tables seating 10-12 people each, a large room with a fireplace, and a veranda at the entrance for aperitifs or after-dinner drinks, a relaxing area. “ We were looking for a restaurant for lunch before visiting a local company. At the Cessalto highway exit, we looked for a restaurant in the area and decided to stop here. A wonderful discovery. An elegant and classy restaurant. A young woman welcomed us and kindly showed us to our table. The dining room is meticulously designed, the atmosphere intimate and welcoming. They immediately served us excellent quality bread, and we really appreciated the variety—not just the simple classic bread, but also the seeded and turmeric bread. We chose the pumpkin in saor and a filo pastry cannoli with chanterelle mushrooms. For our first course, we had an excellent carbonara with porcini mushrooms, something different we'd never tried before, while for our second course, we shared a delicious and tender cheek with mashed potatoes. We then finished with a fig and apple tart and a basket of green tomato jam. A small biscuit accompanied our coffee. We were pleasantly surprised by the bill, which lived up to our expectations, and the meal itself. Given the excellent wine list, we'll definitely be back, perhaps for dinner with friends. ”
